Tanzanian
traders dealing in farming, processing and manufacturing of various
products have been invited to participate in the International Food
Trade Fair scheduled mid May in Seoul.
The invitation was made earlier this week in Dar es Salaam by the
Business Processes Coordinator of the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce,
Industry and Agriculture (TCCIA), Revocatus Kimario.

Speaking at a dinner party organised recently by the Tanzania
Women’s Chamber of Commerce to mark the International Women’s Day, he
said the fair’s main goal is to assist Tanzanian delegates to interact
with their counterparts and that way create opportunities to sell their
products.
“Tanzania traders will also be able to learn various technologies from their counterparts and develop new markets,” he said.
“Further, they will be able to identify what is needed in the
market and strengthen business links and promote investment, markets and
enhance partnership with business entities from Korea,” he added.
Already up to six persons have expressed interest and have confirmed their participation at the fair.
“However, the door is open for more Tanzanians to register either
as exhibitors or visitors,” he clarified. According to Kimario,
arrangements will be made to support those who will confirm
participation early.
“Use this opportunity because it will help you secure markets for
your goods and increase your revenue and profit margins,” he added
